Founding Director & Chief Change Maker
Simone Callaghan is a purpose-driven leader, connector, and changemaker dedicated to building stronger, fairer communities. Through her work with The Goodness Collective CIC, she helps people, partners, and places come together to create meaningful change - turning ideas into practical solutions that improve lives across Stockport and beyond.
With a background in social enterprise, business support, and coaching, Simone brings warmth, clarity, and courage to every collaboration. She believes lasting change happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to act.
Blending strategy with heart, Simone has built a reputation for spotting gaps, sparking partnerships, and helping others turn purpose into progress. Whether working with local residents, public-sector leaders, or social entrepreneurs, she champions inclusion, collaboration, and the belief that when we work together, everyone benefits.
Her extensive knowledge, connections and experience of working for over 30 years across the private, public and social enterprise sector along with her passion for ‘sparking positive change’ are a powerful combination that gets stuff done! Not one for talking shops, she’s all about leaving things better than when she arrived.
